Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and safeguarding account access.

The service must not be used for fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or deceptive activity.

Fichi may suspend or restrict access if use creates legal, payment, security, or abuse risk.

Fichi is not represented on this page as the direct merchant of record for every travel booking shown inside the app.

Certain booking flows may send customers to third-party travel providers to complete a reservation.

When a customer books with a third-party provider, that booking is subject to that provider's own pricing, availability, policies, and customer support obligations.

Fichi offers one membership with the same product access on monthly and annual billing. The web launch prices are €12.99 per month or €99.99 per year, including applicable VAT where stated at checkout. App Store prices are shown in the local currency and price tier supplied by Apple.

Eligible new customers receive a seven-day free trial. A valid payment method is required. Unless the customer cancels before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual price is charged automatically when the trial ends.

After the trial, the membership renews automatically for the selected monthly or annual period until cancelled. Renewal is charged to the payment method used through Stripe on the web or to the customer's Apple Account for an App Store purchase.

Fichi intends to send a courtesy trial reminder around day five where an email address is available. Delivery of that reminder is not guaranteed and is not a condition of renewal; the trial dates shown at checkout control.

A web membership can be cancelled from Profile → Subscription or through the public 'Verträge hier kündigen' page without signing in. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current trial or paid billing period, and no further renewal is charged.

A statutory withdrawal (Widerruf), where available, is different from cancelling future renewals. Web customers can submit a withdrawal declaration through the separate public 'Vertrag widerrufen' page or contact support@fichi.app.

An App Store membership must be managed through Apple ID → Subscriptions. Fichi provides Restore Purchases but cannot cancel an Apple subscription on the customer's behalf.

Deleting a Fichi account immediately cancels an active web subscription and ends access. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, which must be cancelled separately with Apple.

Except where required by law or the applicable storefront rules, cancelling or deleting an account does not create a refund for time already paid for. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

The price, trial length, billing period, taxes and renewal date are displayed before purchase. If Fichi changes a renewal price, customers will receive any notice or consent flow required by law and by the payment platform before the new price applies.

If the first charge after a free trial fails, paid access is not granted. If a later renewal charge fails, Fichi may provide a limited recovery period while the payment provider retries the charge.

Fichi may suspend or end paid access when a subscription expires, is cancelled, is refunded, or remains unpaid.
